There was an article about a guy who was using some sort of wristband to reduce his backpain, while it was in fact a plain stupid ad ... shameful!
That same month MW included a booklet with 'Useful tips for gamer'. They said the booklet was first published in 1992, but that all information was still valid. Yeah right ... especially the section on roleplaying games was completely outdated, containing references to games which have not been in print for over 10 years. What a waste of money!
Sorry to be so negative, but those two issues really made me wonder whether I should still spend money on wargaming magazines.
Philnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3985121092777596782.post-50395531553124188802005-04-27T15:21:44.000+02:002005-04-27T15:21:44.000+02:00I have the mag too and am also quite impressed wit...I have the mag too and am also quite impressed with the excellent article from Barry Hunt on Offensive Behaviour. This being a 1944 East Front counter attack on the Beresina front. Easily adaptable to BKC and I think that I have most of the figures available and painted. Just need 3 ISU122s I think. I have a copy of RF2 on orderf from Caliver and will post a review once it has arrived and been read.
G
Graham Knoreply@blogger.com
